H. Miles Enterprises was contracted to prepare and develop the site for Terawulf’s high-performance computing (HPC) expansion. Our scope included full excavation, site preparation, utility trenching, and concrete work required to support the installation of new computing infrastructure and associated equipment.

Working through winter conditions presented significant ground challenges, including frozen soil and limited weather windows. Our team implemented efficient excavation and heating strategies to maintain progress, keep the site safe, and meet engineering specifications despite seasonal constraints.

Through consistent performance and reliable execution, the project was successfully completed on schedule—resulting in additional contracts awarded for the following year based on the quality of our work and project management.
